The CAN Haven Collective brings together housing operations and development under one unified vision: to expand access to safe, affordable housing while maintaining quality, compliance, and long-term sustainability.
Through our residential rental and development entities, we serve individuals and families earning below 80% of the Area Median Income, with many homes intentionally supporting households between 30–50% AMI. Our work is grounded in fairness, accountability, and responsible stewardship.
